The Year 2025 in Investment and Financing
Our investment solutions delivered returns of between 6–12% p.a.*. They helped you outperform inflation and proved more effective than traditional savings products. Eleven premium bonds were successfully redeemed, providing you with an average return of 15.2% in absolute terms (8% p.a.)*. We also expanded our range of qualified investor funds. Currently, we manage ten open-end funds, primarily from third parties, in various currencies, along with several closed-end issues. In the area of corporate bonds, we enabled you to invest in eight high-quality corporate bond issues with very attractive yields, supporting business development – primarily in the Czech Republic and the Central European region.
To provide you with even more options, we have expanded Lombard financing, which allows you to efficiently leverage the value of your investment portfolio. We have broadened the range of acceptable collateral in securities and currencies. You can now also secure a Lombard loan in other currencies: GBP, CHF, CAD, and JPY.

What Else Can You Handle Online?
In 2025, George has learned even more.
Now you can:
- execute trades with individual exchange rates and term deposit rates,
- sign 95% of documentation electronically,
- grant and manage authorization rights, which you can conveniently and securely sign electronically directly in George – without having to visit a branch.
George strengthens protection against fraudsters on mobile phones
A new warning screen will alert you to suspicious payments. This gives you greater control over your transactions and allows you to decide whether to proceed with a payment that may be risky.
We have added the option to reserve a seat in the airport lounge at Václav Havel Airport free of charge using a promo code. The Erste Premier Lounge in Terminal 2 and MasterCard Lounge in Terminal 1 are ready to make your time before departure more pleasant.

We are happy to support meaningful projects because we believe that philanthropy can change the world for the better.
This year, we continued our educational events and support for philanthropy.
We organized two seminars on passing on family wealth and values, as well as a ladies‘ evening focused on personal development.
We supported non-profit organizations through sporting events, ranging from charity runs to golf tournaments. At the end of the year, we organized a charity auction of paintings by contemporary artists and a Christmas punch sale.
