Travel insurance
Erste Private Banking
Travel with ease with automatic insurance that covers you and your family – even when travelling separately. High coverage limits provide reliable protection for medical treatment abroad, liability and trip cancellation. The insurance also includes higher-risk activities such as diving or high-altitude hiking.
Assistance services and health
Personal assistant
Focus on what matters most to you. Your personal assistant can handle up to three requests per month as part of the service, such as:
- Booking accommodation or arranging car rental.
- Purchasing tickets for cultural and sporting events.
- Finding and booking a tradesperson.

Doctor on the phone
Expert medical support whenever you need it. With your Visa Infinite card, you can have up to three online consultations per month with a doctor via the MEDDI app:
- Connection with a doctor (24/7) within 30 minutes.
- Consultations for acute issues or referrals to a specialist.
- E‑prescriptions valid across the EU.
- Blood pressure and heart rate monitoring via mobile BioScan.
Vet on the phone
Your pets’ health can’t wait. With the tlappka app, you can have up to three consultations per month with a vet as part of the service:
- Speak to a specialist (24/7) within 60 minutes.
- Support for acute issues, nutrition or prevention.
- Care for up to three of your pets.
- Share photos or videos directly in the app.

Additional benefits
Golf programme
During the golf season from May to October, you can enjoy up to 20 rounds with discounts of up to 45%. Activate the programme directly in George and redeem the discounts via the Týčko app or website, where you can also see an overview of your remaining rounds.
We can arrange a complimentary green fee at Albatros, Kaskády and Kácov courses if you’re interested. Simply contact your private banker and they will take care of everything.

As an Erste Private Banking client, you automatically receive insurance for your safe deposit box, covering up to CZK 10,000,000. The insurance is provided free of charge.
Emergency support while travelling
With the Emergency Service assistance, we can arrange delivery of a replacement card anywhere in the world within 48 hours. If you need cash immediately, we can organise an emergency cash payout. This gives you confidence that you will never be without funds while travelling.
